You cannot learn the jewelry business over night; it takes a lifetime. Since 1970, the Rondel’s family has satisfied the public with fine quality diamond jewelry as well as great service at an approximate savings of 40%to 60% below retail*. Albert and Raymonda Garabet founded Rondel’s Jewelry; they were the original pioneers of the Los Angeles Jewelry district. Albert began his journey into the Jewelry trade following four generations of fine Jewelers in his family. As an artist in his teens he became intrigued with designing jewelry and eventually as his father and grandfather before him it became his passion. He learned the trade and worked for many well-known Jewelry establishments for years.

As his family grew, he and his wife migrated to Los Angeles and opened Rondel’s. Albert took pride in his work and insisted on using only fine quality diamonds to complement his designs. He believed that one should never be pressured into buying a fine piece of diamond jewelry; the quality of the jewelry should speak for itself. He and his wife began their own manufactory, in addition to importing their own diamonds in order to pass the savings on to their clients. As their business continued to grow they eventually brought their children and their extended family into the trade in order to carry on the good name they had established over the years. At Rondel’s, it starts from the wax, to the mold, to the polisher, to the quality control department, to you. Quality control is of most importance at Rondel’s; after all the quality and craftsmanship is what Rondel’s is all about. They meticulously inspect each piece of fine jewelry as their clientele has become accustomed to over the years.

At Rondel’s we carry all shapes and sizes of GIA and/or EGL certified loose diamonds to compliment your individual taste and budget. You can either make an appointment with our GIA graduate gemologist on sight, or visit us during our normal business hours.
