SHIPPING INFORMATION

Postage, insurance and/or handling charges will be charged on all orders. All merchandise will be shipped U.S-Postal or Fedex and insured for full value.

Credit Cards:
*We accept ALL major credit cards.* When phone ordering by credit card please give: card type- your name (exactly as it appears on your card) your card number and expiration date and credit card billing address. There will be a $5.00 handling charge for orders under $75.00

Sales Tax:
Sales tax is applied to all orders shipped in California. ISN is required by law to collect and submit sales tax in the state in which we are deemed to have a physical presence.

Fax Orders:
Fax orders may be placed to 213-629-1807. Be sure to include all current shipping information (see shipping information)

RETURNING MERCHANDISE:

If you are not completely satisfied with your merchandise, returns or exchanges can be made within 7 days. Returned products must be in new, unused, unworn condition and the original invoice and packing materials.

Returning Merchandise Procedure:
Call Customer Service to obtain return authorization number on all returns. Include a copy of the original invoice that refers to the item(s) being returned. State the reason for the return and the return authorization number on the invoice If the merchandise is being returned due to shipping damage, please contact the carrier to place an insurance claim before contacting Rondels Jewelers. Merchandise being returned is at the expense of the customer and must be insured for an amount equal to the original shipping insurance amount. We do not accept returned or ship merchandise COD.

Returned merchandise or services that will NOT be credited:
If a ring has been sized, the normal labor charge for ring sizing will not be credited. If an item has been modified, custom made or special ordered. Invisible settings, which are ordered by the customer in the wrong size, may not be returned.
